I feel like each year on this day I blog about 9/11/01, what I was doing and feeling. It is my way of honoring those lost I guess, remembering, showing reverence.
Today is 7 years later. 7 years, can you believe it? It is one of those things that to me at times seems like yesterday and at times seems like it was forever ago. But I don't want to rehash it today. I'll remember by trying to be extra kind and extra loving to my fellow human beings today. If the whole world made the effort to show a little extra love and kindness to one another think of what a difference that would make.
And I have to note that it is a gorgeous blue sky today. Gorgeous just like that fateful day. I remember it well, so blue, not a cloud to be had. It is just like that now and it seems like each year it is just like this.
9/11/01 Don't ever forget......
